Spaces Audit Overview

Audit Overview is the starting point for Spaces Audit. It shows the loaded run identity, top-level metrics, and the main governance insights for the selected Spaces Audit run.

What the Overview Shows

When a run is loaded, Audit Overview includes:

  • Loaded run identity, such as run name, completion time, and available run attribution.
  • KPI cards for total spaces, active and inactive spaces, high-risk spaces, cleanup candidates, and filter impacts.
  • Activity, feature consistency, and risk distribution visuals.
  • Insights for risky spaces, cleanup candidates, and inconsistent configurations.

Cleanup candidates are informational review candidates. Audit 360 does not delete, archive, or modify Jira spaces/projects.

Latest Run Behavior

When no explicit Audit Library run or in-memory Spaces Audit run is selected, Audit Overview can load the latest non-trashed completed Spaces Audit run if it can be reconstructed from stored results.

Loading a run does not rerun the audit and does not refresh evidence from Jira.

Run New Audit Behavior

Run New Audit appears on Audit Overview when you need fresh evidence. Starting a new Spaces Audit begins the read-only audit workflow and replaces the current run context only after the new run completes with a readable result.

Only one Spaces Audit execution can run at a time. If a Spaces Audit is already queued or running, the module shows the active execution state instead of loading latest results.

Empty and Active Execution States

If no reconstructable completed Spaces Audit run exists, Audit Overview shows an empty state with Run New Audit.

When a Spaces Audit is active, the module shows execution progress instead of Overview or Details content. After completion, the completed run is loaded into Audit Overview.
