This Privacy Policy applies to Audit 360 apps, including Audit 360 for Jira and Audit 360 for Confluence apps that reference this policy.
Information the Apps May Access
Audit 360 apps may access Atlassian product configuration and metadata required for audit workflows. This may include configuration elements, relationships, metadata, and audit-run metadata where available.
Information the Apps May Store
Audit 360 apps may store summarized audit results and run metadata. This may include identifiers, timestamps, configuration references and stable Atlassian account identifiers where attribution is required.
Information the Apps Are Designed to Avoid Storing
Audit 360 apps are designed to avoid storing:
- Credentials.
- Secrets.
- Raw Atlassian API payloads.
- Raw Jira issue/work item payloads.
- Jira issue or work item keys.
- Raw Confluence page body content unless explicitly required by a future approved audit feature and documented before release.
- Uploaded JSON files in durable results.
- Raw Automation rule objects in durable results.
Temporary Processing
Temporary processing data may be used while a job runs. Uploaded data is not retained as a durable audit result.
Hosting
Audit 360 apps runs on Atlassian Forge and follow the Atlassian-hosted app model.
Data Sharing
A360A does not store neither sell customer data.
