Overview

Audit 360 for Jira is a read-only audit app for Jira Cloud administrators. It helps you review where configuration is used, identify governance risks, and keep a record of completed audits.

The launch documentation covers these customer-facing areas:

  • Custom Fields: Audit eligible unlocked custom fields across supported Jira configuration and usage signals.
  • Audit Library: Review completed Custom Fields, Spaces, and Automations runs, load previous results, and pin important audits.
  • Admin Guide: Understand permissions, data handling, and troubleshooting.

What Audit 360 Does

Audit 360 summarizes signals that are useful before cleanup, consolidation, migration, or governance review work. For Custom Fields, the app scans fields Jira reports as unlocked and looks for supported usage signals across configuration, dependencies, and count-only population checks.

Audit results help administrators decide what to review next. They are not automatic cleanup instructions.

What Audit 360 Does Not Do

Audit 360 does not modify Jira configuration or work items. It does not delete fields, archive projects, change workflows, update filters, edit boards, or modify Automation rules.

Only the workflows described in this documentation should be treated as available launch behavior.
