Installation

Audit 360 for Jira is installed in Jira Cloud by a Jira administrator or a user with app installation permissions for the site.

Before You Install​

Confirm that:

  • You are installing into the intended Jira Cloud site.
  • You can approve the permissions requested by the app.
  • Your organization allows Forge apps for Jira administration workflows.

Install the App​

  1. Open the approved installation flow for Audit 360 for Jira.
  2. Select the Jira Cloud site where the app should be installed.
  3. Review the requested permissions.
  4. Approve the installation.
  5. Open Jira administration and select Audit 360 for Jira from the apps area.

After Installation​

Run a small first audit so administrators can confirm access, permissions, and expected result coverage. Audit 360 is read-only, so running an audit does not change Jira configuration.

If the app cannot load Jira configuration data, review permissions and scopes and troubleshooting.
