Troubleshooting

Use these steps when Audit 360 cannot load, run, or display expected audit results.

App Does Not Appear

  • Confirm the app is installed on the intended Jira Cloud site.
  • Confirm you have permission to access Jira administration apps.
  • Ask a Jira administrator to review the app installation and permissions.

Audit Cannot Start

  • Confirm the app has the permissions requested during installation.
  • Confirm Jira administration pages can reach the app.
  • Try again after a short wait if Jira or Forge services are temporarily unavailable.

Results Look Incomplete

Audit coverage depends on Jira API visibility and permissions. Missing or restricted API responses can reduce coverage for workflows, boards, dashboards, filters, or population checks.

When results look incomplete:

  • Review visible coverage notes in the audit results.
  • Confirm the relevant Jira configuration exists and is accessible.
  • Run a fresh audit after permissions or Jira configuration changes.

Loaded Run Looks Old

Loading a run from Audit Library shows stored results from that run. It does not rerun the audit. Run a new audit when you need current evidence.
