Cleanup Recommendation helps administrators review fields that may need follow-up after a Custom Fields audit.

Advisory Only

Cleanup recommendations are advisory. Audit 360 does not delete, rename, hide, merge, or change Jira fields.

A recommendation is based on the loaded audit run. New runs can produce different recommendations if Jira configuration or usage has changed.

Run-Scoped Review

Cleanup review decisions belong to the audit run where they were made. A decision for a field in one run does not automatically carry forward to a later run.

Use this workflow to record review intent and support administrator decision-making. Confirm business ownership and external dependencies before changing Jira configuration outside Audit 360.
