Audit Overview

Audit Overview summarizes the currently loaded Custom Fields audit run. If no run is already loaded, Audit 360 can show the latest completed non-hidden Custom Fields run when one is available.

What You See​

Audit Overview presents a summary of the loaded run, including:

  • Fields scanned.
  • Fields with detected usage.
  • Fields with no detected usage.
  • Cleanup candidates.
  • High-risk fields.
  • Duplicate field name signals.
  • Population coverage.
  • Governance and recommendation distributions.

The overview is based on stored audit results for the selected run. It does not rerun the audit or perform a separate live scan.

When to Use It​

Use Audit Overview when you need a quick decision-support view before moving into detailed evidence or cleanup review.
